6 months old!!!! Asa has two teeth, enjoys attacking his brother, grunts when eating bananas
(they taste so good), has mastered an "up- move knees forward- lounge down- repeat" crawl.
The boy can move especially fast to the items you want him to avoid...cords, computer, shoes.
He gets really excited when he makes it to Bailey.
She is not as excited; she gets up and moves away as soon as he touches her.
No question--Owen is the superstar to sweet Asa.

Owen got new glasses!!! His Diego pair almost lasted a whole year-
sadly the arm broke when a girl "sat on my head" at school. The Diego frame was discontinued :(
but big boy O came around to this blue pair. They seem to be a bit big but he will grow
into them in no time. He is thriving in Kindergarten. We are so proud of him.
I am tearing as I think about just how precious and sensitive Owen is and how fast time has gone by.
I love how he thinks about things and how exciting it is to watch his face as he discovers.
We took him to the fair and he rode his first kiddie coaster...
the joy I had from watching the joy on his face---WOW I loved that!
He asked us the other day how God was so big but so little?
When you ask for clarification or further details...you just get the same question.
I have learned to ask questions like, "what made you think about this?" or "tell me about how God is little?"
Owen's answer included something about "inside his heart" and then his question made sense.
I am reminded how old he is becoming. I'm sad and excited at the same time.
I am loving being a mother everyday- what a blessing these children are to us.
